Similar to most products we offer, our padded mailers are an eco-friendly alternative to many other options you may have seen. Unlike padded poly mailers, or paper mailers with plastic bubble lined interiors, our padded envelopes are entirely 100% recyclable without any sorting or separation of materials. The cushioned padding material inside does not fall out like messy, unattractive shredded paper you have seen in many other common mailers.
Due to their light weight and flexibility, they are easy to ship and store, and also less expensive to ship than a mailer box by comparison.

While our paper padded mailers can be customized with your own branding, as of today, the minimums are a truckload. A truckload quantity does vary widely, according to the mailer size, and falls in the range of about 40,000-150,000 mailers.
